La Canopée - Domaine Cauhapé - Jurançon 2005

This area is one of the most famous of the appellation. It is part of the association of independent winemakers. This vineyard covers 43 hectares planted on a hillside on clay-dominated soil. The cuvée "La Canopée" is a dry Jurançon made from 100% Petit Manseng which is a typical grape of the region. It is also the highest-end cuvée of dry Jurançons produced by the estate.
