Petit Brugeois - Henri Bourgeois - Sancerre "Sauvignon Blanc"

In the nose this “Petit Bourgeois” has lemony aromas and notes of cut grass. In the mouth the citrus fruits emphasize a fairly refined structure and a nice acidity.

This wine goes very well with fish, but also with certain types of white meat. Also nice with dishes based on candied citronella and even some saffron to accentuate that spiciness. Simply delicious!!!
